运用PDCA循环提高手术室保洁工作管理质量

Effect of PDCA cycle management used in cleaning work of operating room

目的探讨PDCA循环管理在提高手术室保洁工作管理质量中的作用。方法运用PDCA循环进行管理:①根据保洁工作的现状制订合理的计划;②实施计划;③跟进检查,促进保洁工作的有效性;④利用反馈结果及时合理调整处理。结果微生物监测阳性率、员工考核合格率均明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用PDCA循环管理可以有效提高手术室保洁工作的管理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management used in cleaning work of operating room. Methods PDCA cycle was used as follows： making a reasonable plan according to the status of cleaning work,doing after the plan,checking the effectiveness, and adjusting timely in accordance with the feedback. Results The positive rate of microbiological monitoring and the pass rate of employee assessment were increased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion PDCA cycle can improve the quality of cleaning work in operating room.
