目的探讨磁共振系统内的患者和医护人员的安全管理方法,确保手术的顺利进行。方法对工作人员进行安全培训和安全检查。患者在进入手术室前,接受严格的磁共振安全询问。扫描前认真核对、严格按安全检查清单逐一落实。结果 46例患者手术均顺利进行,确保了人员安全,无意外发生。结论有效的安全管理方法,可以保证使用高场强术中磁共振系统的医护人员和患者的安全。

Objective To explore safety management methods among the high - field intra - operative MRI suite. Methods Forty - six cases were enrolled for operations in high - field intra - operative MRI （iMRI） suite. Special safety management included training work staff, educating patients, carefully checking according to the list. Results The operations of 46 cases were successful. No MRI - related accidents happened. Conclusion Effective satety management measures can ensure the safety of medical stsff and patients in the use of high - field magnetion resonance imaging system.
