摘要
目的研究同事支持小组对护士工作满意度的影响。方法成立同事支持小组,运行1年后评价其对工作满意度的影响。结果护士的工作满意度各因素除同事和交际外其他各项均低于常模,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);同事支持不管是在总体水平上还是职业发展、管理者、奖励、工作本身及交际方面均对护士的工作满意度存在促进作用;同事支持在薪酬、福利和工作规程方面与护士的工作满意度无相关性。结论建立同事支持小组可以对护士工作满意度的提升产生积极的影响。护理管理者应完善同事支持小组的构建、实施合理干预,提高护士工作满意度。
Objective To identify the relationship between the fellow support group and the job satisfaction degree of nurses. Method The fellow support group was established,and its effect on nurses' job statisfaction was evaluated with a questionaire after one year. Results The satisfaction degree in all aspects were significantly lower than the norm (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) , except colleague and social communication. The fellow support had significant effect on the job satisfication in the total level, and these aspects including vocational development, management, incentives, communiation and work itself, but it had little impaet on the satisfcation in salaries, benefits, and job programe. Conclusion The fellow support group may take an active effect on the satisfaction degree of nurses. It is advised to improve the construction of the fellow support group and enforce reasonable intervention to improve nurses' job satisfaction degree.
