摘要
目的探讨提高护士静脉穿刺成功率的方法。方法成立医院静脉治疗小组,通过收集分析全院各科室影响静脉穿刺成功率的因素,采取相应的改进措施,加强新护士静脉穿刺技术的培训及考核,从管理上减少影响静脉穿刺成功的干扰因素。结果护士静脉穿刺成功率、病人对护士技术满意度均提高(P<0.01)。结论静脉治疗小组通过加强管理可以提高护士静脉穿刺水平。
Objective To explore how to improve the success rate of vein - puncture. Methods A hospital vein treatment group was established. It colleered and analyzed various factors affecting the success rate of vein - puncture, and developed improved measures, such as strengthening training and examination for new nurses,lessening inference factors. Results The success rate of the vein - puncture among new nurses and the satisfaction rate among patients increased significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The vein treatment group can improve nurses＇ technique of vein - puncture by strengthening administration.
