摘要
机库大门在工作时,由于冲击或振动会引起大的动态应力,可能造成大门钢结构的破坏,因此在大门钢结构设计中动力学设计是必不可少的一部分。本文利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS建立有限元模型,并对其进行结构模态分析,有效预估结构的振动特性及结构的优化设计,为机库大门钢结构的设计制造提供有力的技术支撑。
Impact or vibration will lead to high dynamic stress in hangar door during their working and cause damage to the hangar door steel structure. So it is necessary to conduct dynamics design of hangar door steel structure. This paper builds dynamics analysis model of the hangar door with the finite element analysis software ANSYS and performs mode analysis, and the results will effectively estimate the vibration characteristic and the optimal design of structure and provides a powerful support of the technology for the whole design and manufacture of the hangar door steel structure.
