针对医疗业务的不同特点,结合HIS安全运行管理的多年经验,制定一套符合医院实际应用的应急管理措施,在应急情况下指导医院各部门以手工模式开展业务,以帮助医院更好地维护HIS运行安全,提高医院各部门应对突发事件的能力,促进信息系统在医院的应用与发展。

The paper focuses on different characteristics formed along with medical business combined with safe management experience of HIS, formulating a series of management measures in line with the practical application of hospital that could guide every department to operate in manual model when emergency happens. This could help HIS safer, promote the ability of response to emergency and improve the application and development of information system in hospitals.
