Discussion on the Subjective Service Model in Library of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences

学科化服务是中国医学科学院图书馆为适应数字网络时代科研信息环境与用户行为变化,促进学科建设而推出的个性化、深层次、知识化的服务模式。在比较分析国内图书馆3种不同的学科服务模式基础上,提出中国医学科学院图书馆学科化服务模式,包括服务目标、机制、内容、队伍建设等方面。

Subjective service is a personalized, deep and knowledgeable service model that could adapt to the digital information environment and the behavior changes of users, moreover could promote subject construction of Library of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Based on the analysis of 3 different models in domestic libraries, the paper shows the subjective service model of Library of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences including service objective, mechanism, content, stuff training and relevant aspects.
