摘要
母婴垂直传播是乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性的母亲,尤其是表面抗原和E抗原双阳性的母亲将乙肝病毒传给婴儿,引起婴儿感染的过程。本文首先阐释了乙型肝炎病毒母婴垂直传播途径,提出了乙型肝炎病毒HBV垂直传播阻断的途径。
The mother-to-child vertical transmission means that hepatitis B surface antigen positive mothers,in particular,surface antigen and E antigen double-positive mothers, may transmit hepatitis B virus to their babies, causing infant infection process. In this paper, we explain the vertical transmission channels of the hepatitis B virus and put forward blocking the way of HBV vertical transmission.
