我国机构信息资源管理标准体系研究

Research on the Organizational Standard System of Information Resources Management in China

本文以"新型国家标准体系"为基础,结合机构信息资源的海量性、战略性、可增值性的特点以及我国机构信息资源管理中存在的"失控"、"失信"、"失用"问题,对机构信息资源管理标准体系建设的目标、原则和方法进行具体分析。在此基础上提出基于WSR方法论的我国机构信息资源管理模型及其实施方案。

Based on the ＂New National Standard System＂, and linking with the characteristics of great quantity, strategy and incremental value of information resources of the organization and the problems of ＂out of control＂, ＂breaking promise＂ and ＂out of use＂ in information resources management in the Chinese organizations, this paper gives a detailed analysis of the objectives, principles and methods of the construction of the organizational standard system of information resources management. Finally, the paper puts forward a model of information resources management based on WSR methodology for the Chinese organizations and its implementing scheme as well.
