双歧杆菌22-5产胞外多糖发酵条件的优化 被引量:3

Optimizing Fermentation Conditions for High Productivity of Exopolysaccharide from Bifidobacterium 22-5

摘要 在5L发酵罐中对双歧杆菌22-5产胞外多糖的发酵条件进行研究。针对发酵液pH值、培养温度和接种量3个主要影响因素,采用L9(34)正交试验对双歧杆菌22-5高产胞外多糖条件进行优化,优化结果为发酵液恒定pH值为7.0,培养温度为31℃,接种量为3.0%。在此优化条件下,胞外多糖的产量达到了5.8g/L,是优化前的1.75倍。 In order to study optimal conditions for high productivity of exopolysaccharide (EPS), fermentation experiments of Bifidobacterium 22-5 were conducted through orthogonal design based on three factors: pH of fermentation medium, temperature of fermentation medium and inoculation amount. Results indicated that optimal fermentation conditions for high productivity of EPS from Bifidobacterium 22-5 were stable pH at 7.0 for fermentation broth, 31 ℃ as the fermentation temperature and 3.0% inoculation amount. Under these optimal conditions, the productivity of EPS reached 5.8 g/L with 1.75-fold enhancement.
