多穗柯根皮苷水杨酸酯抗氧化和降血糖活性研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的:评价新化合物多穗柯根皮苷水杨酸酯的生物活性。方法:用根皮苷水杨酸酯灌胃处理糖尿病小鼠模型,以二甲双胍为阳性对照,检测空腹、餐后血糖水平和糖耐量,并检测其清除2,2'-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)自由基的能力。结果:根皮苷水杨酸酯清除DPPH.的IC50为113mg/L,明显低于根皮苷的IC50(163mg/L);根皮苷水杨酸酯在控制糖尿病小鼠空腹、餐后血糖水平和糖耐量方面都比根皮苷有更好的效果。结论:经水杨酸酯化修饰后的根皮苷的降血糖效果和抗氧化性得到了改善。 Objective: To evaluate bioactivity of the new compound, phloridzin-6"-O-salicylate. Methods: Diabetic mice were orally administered with phloddzin-6"-O-salicylate and methformin was used as a positive control. Fasting and non-fasting blood glucose levels, glucose tolerance, and 2,2' -diphenyl-l-picrylhydrazyl free radical (DPPH .) scavenging capability were detected. Results: IC50 of phloridzin-6"-O-salicylate for DPPH. scavenging was 113 rag/L, which was significantly lower than that of phloridzin (IC50 = 163 mg/L). Moreover, phioridzin-6"-O-salicylate had better effects on the control of fasting and non-fasting blood glucose levels and glucose tolerance in diabetic mice than phloridzin. Conclusion: Hypoglycemic and antioxidant activities of phloridzin modified by salicvlate estedfication were significantlv improved.
