门诊药房药学服务的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of situation of pharmaceutical care in outpatient pharmacy

目的了解深圳第二人民医院门诊药房咨询服务工作的开展情况,推动药学服务进程,促进合理用药。方法对2006年至2008年药学服务资料进行统计。结果将咨询窗口作为咨询处进行简单问询以13.0%和8.0%的比例逐年下降;有关药物服用方法、药物用途和药物服用时间方面的咨询占60%以上,其中药物服用方法和药物用途的咨询比例呈逐年下降趋势,药物服用时间呈逐年上升;咨询人群以老年人为主,以女性为主;咨询药物种类排序前4位的是心血管系统、内分泌系统、神经系统及儿科,占咨询药物的80.8%。结论门诊药房咨询服务工作的开展能够促进合理、安全用药,应予加大宣传,以提高医院整体服务水平。服务人员的医学、药学知识有待完善,服务意识有待提高。

Objective To investigate the present situation of medicine consultation in outpatient pharmacy for guiding the future pharmaceutical care and rational drug use. Methods The data of medicine consultations from 2006-2008 were collected （phone window） and analyzed. Results Simple medicine consultation by window decreased by 13.0% and 8.0% year by year. Over 60% of medicine consultation was about dosage,indications and taking time. Medicine dosage and indications was a decrease trend year by year, but a increase trend for taking time. The main medicine consultation came from the aged people and women. The first 4 kinds of medicine consultation were cardiovascular, incretionary, neurotic and paediatric system, which were accounted for 80. 8% . Conclusion The spread of medicine consultation service will be able to promote rational and safety medicine usage,and should be enhanced ,to increase our hospital service standard. The medical and pharmaceutical knowledge of pharmacists remain to be improved. Service standard should be raised.
