摘要
目的B-ALP、PINP、NTX、CTX是骨形成和代谢的指标,为了解系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者骨代谢状况,对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清的B-ALP、PINP、NTX、CTX进行了测定。方法测定42例SLE患者及30例正常对照者血清的B-ALP、PINP、NTX、CTX水平。结果SLE患者血清B-ALP(5.03±1.22)μg/L、PINP(30.18±5.14)μg/L较正常对照组的B-ALP(7.85±1.30)μg/L、PINP(45.12±4.95)μg/L明显下降(P<0.05)。SLE患者血清NTX(5.12±1.08)nmBCE/L、CTX(0.26±0.07)μg/L较正常对照组的NTX(2.01±0.95)nmBCE/L、CTX(0.15±0.05)μg/L明显上升(P<0.05)。结论SLE患者存在骨形成障碍,骨吸收率增高。
Objective To understand the bone metabolism in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)by determining the serum level of B-ALP,PINP,NTX, CTX.
