慢性乙型肝炎患者ALT,IFN-r,IL-10血清水平及其临床意义

摘要 目的观察慢性乙型肝炎患者ALT,IFN-r,IL-10血清水平,探讨其在乙型肝炎发病机制中的作用。方法采用ELISA法检测14例慢性乙型肝炎重度患者,16例慢性乙型肝炎轻度患者,15例正常对照。同时应用生化分析仪检测ALT水平。结果慢性肝炎轻度患者血清IFN-r水平与血清ALT水平成负相关(r=-0.925,P<0.05),而慢性肝炎重度患者血清IL-10水平与血清ALT水平成正相关(r=0.818,P<0.05)。结论IFN-r水平及IL-10水平与肝细胞损伤程度有关,即IFN-r水平越低,肝细胞破坏越严重,而血清IL-10水平越高,肝细胞破坏越严重。
