摘要
目的探讨紫草油凡士林纱布治疗褥疮溃疡的疗效。方法本组28例患者常规技术操作处理创面,全程覆盖紫草油凡士林纱布的治疗。结果28例褥疮创面全部愈合。最短7d,最长90d。结论紫草油凡士林纱布治疗褥疮溃疡方法简单、疗程短、痛苦小、效果可靠。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Vaseline gauze oil Shikonin intreating ulcerated bedsore. Method 28 pations with ulcerated bedsore were treated with Vaseline gauze oil Shikonin. The wounds were managed inaroutine way. Result All the wounds were healed. The shortest wound healing time 7 days and the longest 90 days. Conclusion Vaseline gauze oil Shikonin has very reliable efficacy in treating ulcerated bedsore. The treatment course is short and the treating method is simple and easy, and the pain is alleviative.
