摘要
从江苏省医药行业经济发展现状和医药类高等职业教育的基本特征出发,研究分析了作为医药类高等职业教育应如何适应医药行业的可持续性发展要求,创新医药类人才培养模式;并介绍了徐州医药高等职业学校在改革中的经验。
From the medicinal economy development in Jiangsu province and medicinal high vocational characteristics, the article analyses how to make higher vocational education adapt to the continued developing requirements and how to open up medicinal personnel training pattern . The text also introduces the experience in vocational education reformation in Xuzhon vocational college of pharmaceutics.
