摘要
激光质谱作为一种快速而方便的测量高分子分子量和分子量分布的手段,越来越受到人们的重视。近年来,其发展极快,已经被广泛地用于高分子的分析中,并得到了令人满意的结果。在本文中,对激光质谱的原理、基体与阳离子的选择及在高分子中的应用等几个方面进行了介绍。
Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization timeofflight Mass Spectrometry(MALDITOF MS),which is a rapid and convenient method for the detection and identification of polymers,is gaining the attention of chemists.Recently,its development is very fast.It is used for measuring compounds with high molecular masses and satisfied results have been observed.In this paper we provide an overview of its principles,selection of matrix and cation,application to polymer analysis.
