妇产科临床教学改革探索

Strengthening clinical teaching reformation in obstetrics and gynecology and training high-qualified medical talents

随着社会发展和人们维权意识的增强,妇产科临床教学面临着极大的挑战。近年来,医院通过增加临床教学基础设施的投入;构建临床技能模拟培训中心;改革教学方法,增加模拟教学及多媒体教学方法;加强教学管理等各项措施的实施;提高了妇产科临床教学的质量,取得了明显的教学效果。

With the development of society and enhancement of people＇s awareness of maintaining their rights, clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology is facing great challenge. In recent years our hospital has carried out some reformation such as increasing the investments of basal equipments for clinical teaching and establishing clinical skill simulation training center,reforming teaching methods,increasing simulation teaching as well as multimedia teaching methods,and strengthening teaching managements. In this way we have improved the clinical teaching quality in obstetrics and gynecology and obtained the perfect teaching results.
