摘要
提出了一种“乳液聚合-萃取”法制备掺杂态聚苯胺溶液的方法。该方法不仅简化了制备步骤,而且减少了有机溶剂的用量从而有利于环境保护。SEM、UV-Vis、FTIR和XPS测量表明用该方法所得到的聚苯胺薄膜具有典型的掺杂态聚苯胺的结构特征,证实了这种方法的有效性。它与多孔硅构成的异质结整流效应的测量证实了这种方法的实用性。
An “emulsion polymerization - extraction ” method to prepare doped polyaniline solution was proposed for the first time. By this method, the preparation procedure was simplified and the amount of organic solvent used was reduced. The resulting thin film made by the new method was characterized by SEM, UV-Vis, FTIR and XPS, which indentify to the characteristic structure of doped polyaniline. The rectifying effect of heterojunction made between polyaniline and porous silicon Al/PS-PANI(DBSA)/Au cell, verified the practicality of the method.
