摘要 用熔融缩聚法合成蒽醌型聚酯色素,研究了色素用量、反应温度和反应时间等对反应的影响,对用所合成聚合色素着色的聚酯的可加工性能作了初步的研究。 Three new polyester colorants co-polymerised with anthraquinone disperse dyes were prepared by way of melt condensation polymerisation. The effects of reaction temperature,time and the initial dye content on polymerising precess were studied The prepared polymeric colorants were characterised by UV spectra and their solubility. The chromophore contents and intrinsic viscosities of polyester colorants were also measured.The rheological behaviour of the polyester colored with anthraquinone polyester colorant was investigated by Haake S-40 rheometer and capillary rheometer.The result showed that it was similar to that of the raw polyester.
