摘要 利用平均雷诺方程分析活塞环-缸套间的润滑特性,仿真结果表明,活塞环-缸套间的摩擦损失受表面粗糙度、润滑油粘度、环表面型线等因素的综合影响;活塞在做功行程上止点时,活塞环-缸套间油膜最薄,摩擦损失功率最大;采用非等压环时,油膜厚度沿着活塞环周向分布是不均匀的,在环开口位置处厚度较小。 The average Reynolds equation can accurately be used to analysis the lubrication phenomenon between piston ring and cylinder liner of internal combustion engines. The simulation results show firstly, that the friction loss between piston ring and cylinder liner is effected by many factors such as, surface roughness, lubricant viscosity and even the profile of the running face of the rings. Furthermore, the thinnest film thickness between piston ring and cylinder lin- er, as well the maximum friction loss, appears at the top dead center of expansion stroke. Moreover, the circumferential distribution of the oil film thickness is uneven and the oil film thickness at ring end gap is smaller than the others at different locations due to the uneven tensile force distribution of the ring along the circumferential direction.
