摘要
目的比较湿性换药与常规换药方法的效果。方法回顾性分析两种换药方法的效果,并进行统计学分析。结果湿性换药组治愈时间短、换药次数少、感染率低。两组比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论湿性换药是门诊换药更好的方法,伤口愈合快,效果好。
Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of wet dressing changing with that of route dressing change in trauma. Methods 80 cases with trauma under going wet dressing changing, and 80 patients with trauma under going route dressing change were analyzed retrospectively. Results Improved group had short healing time, less dressing changing times and low infection rate rate than those in conventional group. There was statistically significant diference the two groups（ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Wet dressing changing is much better than route dressing change for trauma;it has wound healed fast and achieres satisfactory effect.
