摘要
目的探讨7种院前急救高发疾病,为开展和加强院前急救提供科学依据。方法统计并排序甘肃省静宁县人民医院急诊科2001年6月至2008年6月的3916例院前急救病例,选取例数在200例以上的疾病作为高发疾病。结果骨折、颅脑外伤、脑出血、冠心病、高血压病、脑栓塞和有机磷农药中毒是院前急救的7种高发疾病,结论简要讨论7种院前急救高发疾病的发病原因,临床特点及急救要点。
Objective To discuss the top seven pre-hospital fist-aid diseases in order to give scientific evidence for starting and enhancing pre-hospital fist-aid. Method We counted and sorted the 3916 cases of pre-hospital fist-aid diseases at The Emergency Department of People＇ s Hospital of Jingning County, Gansu province, from 2006.1-2008.6. We chose the diseases whose cases were more than 200 as the top diseases. Result The top seven diseases got are we fracture, skull and brain injury, cerebral hemorrhage, coronary heart diseases, hypertension, cerebral embolism and toxin of organophosphorous insecticides. Conclusion Briefly discuss the causes,features of clinic and points of pre-hospital fist-aid.
