摘要 为了保证流化床中灰渣排放的连续性和可控性,根据紊流射流理论及气力阻断原理,提出了一种新型的气力阻断控制固态排渣装置,阐述了该装置的设计原理,并通过数值模拟与试验手段对装置进行研究,分析了排渣管附近区域的流动特性以及固相物料的体积分数.结果表明:在流化床中,采用气力阻断固态排渣装置不仅具有可行性,而且可以有效地控制渣料从排渣管溢出;排渣装置中喷孔的结构尺寸是提高排渣可控性的关键因素. In order to ensure continuity and controllability of slag discharge in fluidized bed,a new type of dry slag extraction device controlled by pneumatic interruption was proposed based on turbulency jet theory and pneumatic interruption principle.The design principle of this device was described,and the device was studied by means of numerical simulation and experimental methods.Flow characteristics and volume fraction of solid material in the area around slag discharge pipe were analyzed.Results show that the dry slag extraction device with pneumatic interruption is not only feasible,but can also effectively control the flow of slag from the slag discharge pipe.The structural size of the nozzle orifice in slag extraction device is the key factor for enhancing the controllability of slag discharge.
