复配型乳化剂在氯氰菊酯纳米胶囊制备中的应用

摘要 实验将可聚合乳化剂烯丙氧基壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚硫酸铵(DNS-86)和非离子型乳化剂OP-10复配,经微乳液聚合法制备了氯氰菊酯纳米胶囊。考察了乳化剂用量、2种乳化剂的配比、壳芯比及聚合温度对纳米胶囊的粒径和粒径分布的影响。结果表明,当w(乳化剂)=9.29%,m(DNS-86):m(OP-10)=4:3,m(农药):m(单体)=3:2.5,聚合温度为60℃时,可得到包裹结构和粒径分布较理想的氯氰菊酯纳米胶囊。 Cypermethrin nanocapsules were prepared by microemulsion polymerization with the mixed emulsifiers (DNS-86/OP-10). The influences of emulsifier contents, mixture ratio of emulsifiers, shell-core ratios and temperature of emulsification on the particle sizes and size distribution of the nanocapsules were studied. The results indicated that the microemulsion is very stable because of the better emulsification of the mixed emulsifiers. Perfect nanocapsules can be obtained when the emulsifier content is 9.29%, the ratio of emulsifiers, DNS-86 : OP-10 is 4 : 3, the ratio of pesticide and monomer is 3:2.5 and the temperature of polymerization is 60 ℃.
