摘要
世博会期间上海城市路网将承受日常交通与世博交通的双重压力。为保障世博会的召开,浦东进行了大规模的路网配套建设。如何均衡路网流量,避免交通走廊出现拥挤是需要解决的问题。依照世博交通组织关于世博专线车和专用道的规划,根据浦东中环线及相关路网建设情况,进行面向世博会需求的路段交通参数采集、路线行驶方案比选,路由信息发布、路由控制效果评估与反馈的路由控制方案研究。
During Shanghai Expo in 2010, the road network will bear dual pressure from the daily and Expo traffic. A large-scale highway construction for guaranteeing Shanghai Expo has been built in Pudong New Area, and how to balance the network traffic flow to avoid traffic jam must be taken into account. In accordance with the planning of the Expo buses and the Expo lanes by Expo traffic organization, and according to the construction of Pudong Middle Ring and related road network, a study should be finished from several aspects such as traffic parameter collecting, selection of route running plans, routing information issue, route control effect evaluation and feedback.
