注浆技术加固养护公路沥青路面的试验和应用 被引量:2

摘要 上海金石公路为二级公路。由于超负荷使用,所以建成不久就出现许多病害。对照《公路沥青路面养护技术规范》要求,沥青路面的路面强度系数评价为次。为做好养护工作,对部分路段进行注浆加固的大修补强措施试验应用。结果表明,采用路面结构层及土路基双重注浆加固(且采取不同浆料)后,两个车道的路段代表弯沉值减小约50%;路面强度系数分别由0.39和0.42提高到0.76和0.80,路面强度评级由次提高到良,满足二级公路沥青路面养护强度标准≥0.7的要求。 Shanghai Jinshi Highway is a secondary one. It has occurred several diseases quickly after its completion because of its overload service. According to Technical Specifications for Maintenance of Highway Asphalt Pavement, the pavement strength coefficient is only substandard. Partial road sections have been grouted with reinforcement measures for road maintenance. The results showed that after double grouting reinforcement of pavement structure level and subgrade, the representative of deflection value decreased by about 50%, road strength rating improved greatly, road intensity coefficient improved from 0.39~0.42 to 0.76~0.80. And the level of pavement strength was improved to be good, meeting the requirement of secondary highway asphalt pavement maintenance strength standard (to be equal or bigger than 0.7).
