摘要
采用金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段对船板钢分层缺陷进行了分析。结果表明:船板钢分层缺陷主要是由于铸坯中存在硫化物夹杂偏析、含C、Nb、Ti的带状组织是船板钢分层产生的主要原因。
The lamination defects of ship plate steel was studied by means of metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the layered fracture is caused by sulfide inclusions segregation in plate,banded structures which consist of C,Nb,Ti.
