98例糖代谢异常孕妇营养状况的调查与护理干预

Investigation of nutrition status and nursing intervention of 98 pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism

目的了解社区孕妇糖代谢异常诊断前的营养状况，为在孕妇糖代谢异常人群中开展医学营养治疗及护理干预提供依据。方法对某社区已诊断为糖代谢异常的单胎孕妇进行营养状况问卷调查，并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果与参考值比较，本组能量与三大营养素摄人量偏高；膳食结构中粮谷类、水果类、油脂类和胆固醇摄入量偏高，而豆类摄入量偏少；其他营养素的摄人情况也高低不一。结论糖代谢异常孕妇的膳食结构不合理，应在社区中开展个性化的医学营养治疗和护理干预，使孕妇更好地控制血糖，减少并发症，保证母婴健康。

Objective To understand nutrition status of pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism in communities and provide a basis for conducting nutrition treatment and nursing intervention among the population of pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism. Methods An investigation of nutrition status of single-fetus pregnant women in a certain community that hod been diagnosed as having abnormal glucose metabolism was conducted through questionnaire. And the result from the inventigation was analyzed by statistics. Results Compared with the reference data, the amount of takeup of energy and three main nutrients of the studied group was relatively higher. And in the meal structure of the studied group, the amounts of takeup of grains and cereals, fruits, lipids, and cholesterol were relatively higher, and the amount of takeup of legumes was relatively lower. The amounts of takeup of other nutrients were different from a woman to anohter woman. Conclusions The meal structure of pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism is not reasonable. It needs to develop individualized medical nutrition treatment and nursing intervention in communities, in order to make pregnant women control their blood sugar well, reduce complications, and ensure the health of mothers and babies.
