摘要
研究不同浓度、不同时间条件下,高铁酸钾对菠菜中3种有机磷农药敌敌畏、乐果、毒死蜱残留的去除效果。采用气相色谱-氮磷检测器(GC-NPD)进行农药残留测定。结果表明:高铁酸钾能有效去除菠菜中残留的敌敌畏、乐果、毒死蜱农药;600mg/L高铁酸钾处理菠菜30min后敌敌畏、乐果、毒死蜱的去除率分别达52.02%、51.82%、59.86%。同时还设计正交试验确定高铁酸钾处理的最佳条件。实验结果表明,高铁酸钾可作为产后菠菜有机磷农药残留去除剂。
The effect of potassium ferrate (VI) on degradation of organophosphorus pesticides in spinach was studied. Pesticide residues were detected using GC with nitrogen-phosphorus detection (GC-NPD). Potassium ferrate (VI) could effectively eliminate dichlorvos, dimethoate and chlorpyrifos residues in spinach. The removal rates of dichlorvos, dirnethoate and chlorpyrifos from spinach by the treatment with 600 mg/L potassium ferrate (VI) for 30 min were 52.02%, 51.82% and 59.86%, respectively. The optimal conditions for removing dichlorvos, dimethoate and chlorpyrifos using potassium ferrate (VI) were determined using orthogonal array design. The results showed that potassium ferrate (VI) can be used as an organophosphorus pesticide removal agent of high effectiveness for spinach.
