便携式输液泵在心绞痛患者输液中的应用

目的探讨便携式输液泵在心绞痛患者持续输液中的应用。方法将60例心绞痛患者随机分为用便携式输液泵组和人工调速组，比较两组输液效果。结果两组输液速度符合率、患者的舒适率、护理满意率比较，便携式输液泵组明显好于人工调速组。结论使用输液泵持续输入，液体速度精确，患者的舒适率、护理满意率高，降低了护士的劳动强度，提高了患者临床治疗效果。
