摘要
农药残留对食品安全的影响越来越明显,这就对食品农药残留的快速检测提出高要求。本文主要介绍酶联免疫分析技术的基本原理以及建立酶联免疫技术的关键技术,并对其在食品农药残留检测中应用进行综述。
The negative effects of pesticide residues on food safety have become more and more obvious, so high requirements have been made for the rapid detection of pesticide residues in foods. This article introduces the basic principle of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） and the key technologies for the establishment of ELISA, and reviews the applications in the detection of pesticide residues in foods.
