摘要
首先介绍一种免散瞳眼底自动照像系统,能够提高我国糖尿病性视网膜病变患者眼底筛查的依从性。对焦作为获取清晰眼底视网膜图像的关键环节,其准确性和自动化程度至关重要。本文搭建了基于PC和步进电机的运动控制平台,采用改进爬山算法的先粗后精智能对焦搜索方法,完成了眼底照相系统的自动对焦。实验表明,本文设计方法的准确性和自动化程度均可满足该系统的要求。
A non-mydriatic camera system is introduced,which can raise compliableness of DR Screening in our Country. As a key link to acquire clear fundus retina images, accuracy and automatization of focus is very important. It establishes 3D movement control platform base on PC and step motor, and adopts an intelligent first-cursory-second-exact focus searching method based on improved mountain climbing algorithm, which implements auto-focus of fundus retina images. Simulation results show that the veracity and automation of the method proposed meets the need of fundus camera system.
