摘要
本文提出了一个用于在线控监测的PLC扩展总线的实现方法,用于实现PLC本体模块与扩展模块之间的高速数据传输。系统由一个PLC本体模块和多个PLC扩展模块组成,实现了主从模式的一点对多点的数据传输。实验结果表明,该系统传输速率高,运行可靠,易于扩展,显著的改进了PLC的性能。
This paper proposed a method of achieving the expansion bus of PLC which is using for on-line monitoring. This method is used for high-speed data transmission between the body module and the extension modules of PLC. The system, which consists of one body module and a number of extension modules, achieves one point-to-muhipoint data transmission based on master-slave mode. Experimental results indicate that the system has high transfer rate, running stability, good expansibility, and it is a big improvement for the performance of PLC.
