摘要
本文介绍了低压断路器智能测控系统的工艺要求、总体结构和上、下位机程序设计与实现。该系统分为现场设备层、控制层和监控层三层结构,实现系低压断路器双金属片(热脱扣器)电流过载测控功能。其中,下位机PLC程序控制由步进电机、磁栅位移式传感器组成的控制单元实现对步进电机的闭环控制,很好地解决螺钉螺母调整机构中步进电机定位关键技术问题;下位机采用西门子WinCC模块化组态系统仿真,极大增强监控功能。目前该系统已在现场得到应用,显著提高低压断路器产品检测精度、效率。
Technological requirements, overall structures and methods of realization of intelligent test system of low-voltage circuit break. Including instrumentation, control and monitoring layer, the system perform test of function of the current overload protection of bimetal strip in low-voltage circuit break. The closed loop control is realized by control system which composes the stepping motor, magnetic grid displacement sensor and PLC, improving the controlled accuracy of the stepping motor, reducing the cost of the control system, well controlled results are also achieved. And The simulation system realized by WinCC also improve the efficiency. The system has been applied in one lfactory of low-voltage circuit break. And results show that it obviously improves the accuracy and efficiency of test.
