摘要
本文以家用电子烧水煲为研究背景,介绍了一种通过模糊控制理论来获得PID积分参数的控制算法,在系统运行过程中,及时修改PID积分参数来达到高精度温度控制。利用正态分布作为模糊集合的隶属函数,提高模糊集合的分辨率。阐述了为获得PID积分参数系统的模糊化原理、方法,给出了模糊控制规则及决策表。在实际工程应用中得出结论,此算法能比传统PID或单一模糊控制实现更高要求精度控制。
Based on the study of household Electronic kettle, This paper introduces a design method of the PID_Fuzzy controller which is based on the fuzzy tuning rule and modifying the integral parameters of PID control, intergrating the two control idea in a high precision temperature in household electronic appliance. Presents a fuzzy tuning rule which obey the normal distribution in the control system. Analysis the control theory, method and building the fuzzy tuning rule, obtain the PID parameters reasonable in the algorithm, then the control effect can be determined by PID law. Applying in a project, the results show the control system which used the PID_Fuzzy controller has super better than that of traditional PID or Fuzzy control system.
