本文在分析了现行中药自动配药方法的基础上,针对单味中药浓缩颗粒(小袋装)的特点,提出了采用水平循环加震动料斗的方式,解决了自动准确下料与汇集问题,该方法具有设备投资少、结构简单、动作可靠、效率高等优点。

Based on the analysis of the current method of traditional Chinese medicine automatic dispensing, for the characteristic of single taste traditional Chinese medicine concentrated granular （small bags）, propose adopting the way of level cycle and vibration hopper, having solved the problem of automatic accurate dispensing and gather, the advantages of this method are less initial investment in equipment, simple structure, reliable, high efficiency and so on.
