摘要
针对目前综采支架安全监测的现状及存在的主要问题,结合综采工作面的实际情况并融合多种监测手段,提出了一种较灵活、全面、科学的综采支架安全监测系统。本文着重阐述了系统方案的选择,及压力、位移、速度传感器,监测机、手持采集器的工作原理、实现方法,监测机、手持采集器、计算机相互间的通讯方式,并详细介绍了相关硬件电路和软件的设计。
Considering the powered supports in fully mechanized coalface safety monitoring status quo and the existing main problem, in light of the actual situation of Fully-Mechanized coalface and integrating multiform monitoring measures,this paper brings forward the montoring system of powered supports in Fully-Mechanized coalface safety which is more flexible,comprehensive and seienticfic. This paper mainly introduces the choice of the system scheme;work principle and implementation of pressure sensor, displacement and speed sensor, controller and handheldcollection;communication method between controller, handheldeollection and computer.Last correlative hardware circuit and design of software are analyzed in detailed.
