摘要
本文针对制糖过程中传统检测工艺的局限性,引入虚拟仪器技术,以温度传感器、PCI数据采集卡、运动控制卡、电动调节阀门以及PC机为硬件平台,在Visual Basic 6.0的开发环境下,按模块化设计,开发了温度在线智能监控系统。
According to The limitation of Traditional detection process in sugar-making process, This paper introduce virtual instrument technology ,take temperature sensors,Signal Conditioning,PCI Data Acquisition Card,motion control card,Servo Motor and pc as hardware platform, With the aid of Visual Basic6.0, according to modularization design, develop temperature on-line intelligent monitor system.
