摘要
现代工业设备日趋大型化、复杂化,人们迫切需要对其进行在线监测,在数据采集端对数据进行预处理,实时将处理结果反馈给设备维护人员,以获得准确的设备状态。本文结合ASP.NET和MATLAB两种软件各自的特长优点,在ASP.NET开发的Web应用程序中调用MATLAB生成的组件,即以B/S结构的远程设备监控系统调用COM组件生成小波分析频谱图为例,快速实现了远程监测数据分析结果的即时传递。
Modern industrial equipments' scale tends to larger and more complex, which are needed to be monitored timely on-line. They are pre-processed at the data acquisition end, and the results will be fed back so that the accurate state of equipments can be obtained by the maintenance personnel of equipment. Based on the self-advantages of the two kinds of soft wares of ASP.NET and MATLAB, This article introduce the process of a Web application of ASP.NET platform calls a component compiled by MATLAB, implementing a timely transmission of remote data analysis results rapidly according to the example of the Remote Equipment Monitoring System of B/S structure called a COM component to produce a wavelet analysis apectrum figure.
