小切口去脂埋线重睑成形术

Application of defatting technique through minimal-invasive incision in oriental blepharoplasty of buried thread method

目的探索一种小切口去除眶隔脂肪埋线重睑成形术的方法。方法在重睑线中外点衔接处，切开皮肤3～4mm，去除中、外组部分眶隔脂肪，然后采用埋线法重睑成形术，可较好地解决上睑轻度臃肿行单纯埋线法重睑效果不佳的问题。结果731例患者，术后均随访半年以上，重睑线过浅18例（单侧或双侧），双侧轻度不对称25例，针眼排异感染2例，其余效果满意。结论小切口去脂埋线重睑成形术，其方法简单易行，损伤小，恢复快，效果可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate a surgical technique to remove the fat in upper eyelid through minimalinvasive incision. Methods During the oriental blepharoplasty of buride thread method, we cut off the skin （3 - 4 mm） and removed parts of the fat at the middle-out joint of the double eyelid. Then we stitched to finish the double eyelid plasty. Results The fellow-up was more than half a year in 731 cases. The double lid lines were too superficial in 18 cases, gently asymmetry were showed in 25 cases, infection on the pinpricks happened in 2 cases, and the others were all satisfied. Conclusion The defatting technique through minimal-invasive incision in oriental blepharoplasty of buried thread method is simple and effective. It can be widely conducted in clinic.
