摘要
详细考察了催化剂制备条件和反应条件对萘转化率的影响.结果表明,催化剂的Lewis酸强度是影响萘转化率的主要因素,酸量和反应条件对萘齐聚反应也有相当大的影响.与非催化的萘高温缩聚反应相比,SO2-4/ZrO2催化下萘的齐聚反应具有很大的优越性.
Effects of the catalyst preparation and reaction conditions of oligomerization on naphthalene conversion were investigated in detail. The results indicated that Lewis acid intensity was the basic factor which influence naphthalene conversion. In addition, acid quantity and reaction conditions also influenced naphthalene conversion remarkably. Compared with condensation of naphthalene at high temperature (>500℃), naphthalene oligomerization catalyzed by SO 2- 4/ZrO 2 solid superacid showed great advantage.
