摘要
采用离子束对工业纯钛电极进行表面改性,用电化学方法研究了改性电极在H2SO4溶液(05mol/L)中的析氢活性,用表面能谱分析了电极表面的组分和结构.结果表明:通过离子束修饰在电极表面引入微量的活性元素即可明显改善工业纯钛电极的析氢催化活性;离子束修饰改变了电极表面的组分和相结构,从而达到改性的目的.
The technical pure titanium electrode was modified by ion beam technology, the hydrogen evolution activity of the modified electrode in H 2SO 4 solution (0 5 mol/L) was studied by electrochemical method, and the surface composition and structure were analyzed by surface energy spectroscopy. The results show that the hydrogen evolution activity of the technical pure titanium may be improved greatly by ion beam modification which leads into trace active element on the electrode surface. Ion beam modification changes the surface composition and structure of the electrode and results in improvement of hydrogen evolution activity of the electrode.
