摘要
通过不同金属离子对环氧型丙烯酸橡胶凝胶含量的影响,得出几种金属离子催化开环的顺序,探讨了高价金属离子对环氧基的催化开环机理;依据交联点单体对共聚物凝胶含量的影响数据,通过近似计算得到共聚物的凝胶含量超过1%时的环氧基开环数的临界值.
The effect of some metal cations on the gel content of epoxy ACM and the mechanism of ring opening of epoxy group under the catalysis of polyvalency metal cations were studied.The results show that the gel content of epoxy ACM was increased with the positive charge of metal cations and the catalyzing abilities of metal cations to open epoxy group were in following order Fe 3+ >Al 3+ >Fe 2+ >Mg 2+ >ca 2+ ≈Na +.These phenomena agreed with both the acidic dissociation constant ( K 1) of hydration cations and the epoxy opening mechanism catalyzing by metal cations.Based on the relationship of η ~ M η established in polyethylacrylate,through proximate calculation,the critical value of ring opened number of epoxy group in copolymer at which the gel content of copolymer was less than 1% were obtained.
