摘要
对1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头进行SEM、显微组织观察分析和晶间腐蚀倾向分析,研究焊接工艺对奥氏体不锈钢的影响及其发生腐蚀的原因。试验结果表明:断口为脆性断口,主要由"氢脆"和"疲劳"引起;焊接过程中1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢由于经受高温,在晶界组织中形成了贫铬区,使得焊接接头的耐蚀性大大下降,产生晶间腐蚀。
The microstructure and the trend of erosion between crystal lattice assaying of 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenite stainless steel weld were observed and analyzed to investigate the effect of weld process on austenite stainless steel and the reason of erosion. The result shows that the fracture appearance of 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenite stainless steel belongs to brittle fracture, which was mainly caused by hydrogen embrittlement and fatigue . The chromium-depleted zone formed in the microstructure of austenite stainless steel after welding,so the corrosion resistance of austenite stainless steel reduced and the intergranular erosion appears.
