The produce process and characteristics of Cross linked PSU membrane were studied. The metalation is introduced in the PSU to make the sulfinated and sulfonated PSU, followed by the partial oxidation and cross linking, the ion exchanged PSU membrane is prepared. The results on swelling and resistance, permselectivity and thermal stability were obtained which show that the cross linked PSU membranes have small swelling, lower resistance, good permselectivity and thermal stabiity.
