摘要
对断裂起重机吊具ZG270-500铸钢的化学成分、硬度、显微组织、断口形貌等进行了检测和分析。结果表明,ZG270-500铸钢吊具断裂的主要原因是存在魏氏组织铁素体,并且出现了晶粒粗大和大量孔隙等铸造缺陷。通过870℃正火处理后魏氏组织得到消除,钢的冲击吸收功和硬度分别达到23.5J和170HBS,力学性能达到GB11352—1989要求。
The chemical composition,hardness,microstructure and fracture morphology of ZG270-500 cast-steel of cracked lifting instrument were detected and analyzed. The results show that Widmanstatten structure in the steel is the major fracture cause of lifting instrument. Coarse c^stallinc and pores are also observed in the cast steel, and they can decrease the mechanical properties of the steel. The Widmanstatten structure can be removed by normalizing at 870 ~C and the impact energy and hardness of the steel reach up to 23.5 J and 170 HBS, respectively,which meets the standard GB 11352-1989.
