摘要
系统地研究了不同Mg含量对Al-5%Cu合金凝固组织及性能的影响。结果表明:Mg元素对Al-5%Cu合金晶粒有细化作用,当Mg含量(质量分数)为0.8%时,细化效果较好,晶粒尺寸为0.912mm,二次枝晶间距为42.9μm,显微硬度值为74.16HV0.025,在磨损实验中合金失重较少,即抗磨损能力较强。
To improve the property of Al-5%Cu alloy, the effects of Mg element on Al-5%Cu alloy solidification structure were studied. The results show that Mg has refinement on the solidification structure of Al-5%Cu alloy and can increase the matrix microhardness and anti-wear property, when the Mg content is 0.8%, the grain refinement is better relatively, the grain size is 0.912 mm, the secondary dendrite space is 42.9 μm, the matrix microhardness is 74.16HV0.025.
