摘要
汽车覆盖件冲压成形质量很难控制,容易出现拉裂、变薄、起皱、未充分成形等缺陷。为了防止这些缺陷的出现,通常在模具上设置拉延筋来调节和控制坯料流动,从而提高成形质量,因此,拉延筋设计对冲压模具设计起着至关重要的作用。应用有限元数值模拟技术,对某汽车的引擎罩进行冲压成形分析,得出了拉延筋参数对引擎罩冲压成形质量的影响规律,为引擎罩冲压模具的拉延筋设计提供理论依据。
It's difficult to control the quality of stampings of automobile panels. The defects are easily generated, such as crack, crinkle, thinning, and so on. In order to reduce these defects and enhance the quality, the drawbeads usually are used to adjust the flow of the metal in the stamping dies. Thus it's very important to design the drawbeads in the stamping dies. The hood of a car was analyzed by FE simulation. The effect rule was obtained to describe the relationship between the quality of the stampings and the parameter of the semicircular drawbead. This research provides the theoretical fundamentals for design of drawbead in the stamping dies.
