摘要
通过对某六缸曲轴进行三维有限元建模,结合曲轴圆角滚压强化系统的研究,采用ANSYS Workbench工程软件对曲轴圆角滚压过程进行仿真;并对对滚压后的残余变形以及应力应变分布情况进行分析。结果表明,滚压过程中最大滚压力和最大应变不是出现在同一位置,塑性应变区域位于圆角凹面两侧边缘,冷作硬化后产生的残余压缩应力达到了滚压强化目的;滚压过程必须合理控制滚压进给量。这对计算机仿真技术应用于曲轴设计及生产有着积极的指导作用。
Based on the three-dimensional FE modeling of a six-cylinder crankshaft, the deformation, stress and strain after the fillet rolling of crankshaft was simulated and analyzed by Ansys Workbench. The results show that the maximal rolling pressure and the maximal strain in rolling process don't appear in the same location; the plastic strain areas locates on the both sides of the edge at the fillet, resulting in residual compressive stress reached to strengthen the purpose of rolling.In the rolling process, must be reasonable to control the feed roll. These will be helpful to that the computer simulation technology being used to the crankshaft design.
